Yes. Currently we offer a free shipping service to mainland UK shipping addresses only. These orders are shipped with Royal Mail and should arrive between 2-5 working days after placing your order. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not working days.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here in the UK using our free service will take 2-5 business days to arrive to a mainland UK address. Our UK Next-day orders will arrive next day when orders are placed before 3pm (channel islands addresses may vary). Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 2-7 days. All orders are processed using our Royal Mail courier, including all international orders. Royal mail use their vast network of international courier partners to support our international orders. Once your item has been dispatched you shall be notified via your chosen contact method, the relevant order updates & tracking information will be provided. This typically takes 1-2 days, not including weekends or holidays.

Our UK Shipping courier deliver Monday through to Saturday from 9:00am until 9:00pm. They aim to deliver to addresses in urban areas by 3pm every working day and addresses in rural areas by 4pm every working day (exceptions are made for remote areas with limited transport links such as the Highlands and Islands of Scotland). Whilst their aim is to meet these times wherever possible, there
may be slight delays in some extreme circumstances, e.g. traffic delays or adverse weather conditions. International delivery times may vary, all international shipping information will be provided through the couriers website.

Yes. Our jewellery is completely tarnish free and made of high quality precious metals which are made to last a lifetime.

Try not to expose your jewellery to deodorants, lotions or any acidic liquids, as this may cause the plating to fade over time. Our plated jewellery is water proof and will not tarnish. However, we would advise removing all jewellery while in showering and avoid extreme temperatures.

We offer our chains in a range of sizes from 50cm/ 20in,55cm/22in, 60cm/24in, 65cm/26in & ring our sizes rang from US size 8-12.

Our pieces are made to last forever. So, wear often. Keep your piece in a ziploc bag or the original ELMNT packaging to keep oxygen at bay. Pat dry with a cloth towel after getting wet to avoid mineral build up on the metals.
